Key Responsibilities for Field Supervisors
1. Manpower Management: Oversee and coordinate the activities of field staff to ensure smooth operations.
2. Compliance and Safety: Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies.
3. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of field staff and provide feedback for improvement.
4. Reporting: Submit regular updates on field activities to higher management.
5. Training: Provide training and guidance to field staff to enhance their skills and efficiency.
Manpower Requirement
Depending on the industry, each supervisor as per company requirement 5-10 per day field workers.
